Description
Amadito, a young Native American boy is made fun of by a classmate and is unsure how to deal with his feelings. Each of his family members offers different advice about how to protect himself. Finally, after walking in the desert with his grandmother and listening to her parables, he learns how to keep his heart open and not be afraid of his feelings. Beautifully illustrated by Amado M.
