Description
Medicine sticks, ceremonial dance sticks and talking sticks are used by medicine man and can be seen in modern pow wows used in traditional dance. They are crafted by hand with various natural materials such as antler, tree branch and leather. This one has a wooden handle, is decorated with a eagle claw, beads, fur, painted horse hair, and leather fringe. It is 15 1/2″ long.
